What is a Marketing Funnel
What is a funnel marketing approach and why do online marketers need to create one?
It's a strategy for marketing that you use to convince potential customers to buy your products. It's a sales method where a customer visits your website seeking information that could aid in solving a specific problem. You can establish a relationship with each person by using specific tools.
This will help you understand the needs and wants of every visitor. This will allow you to provide the most relevant information to all your visitors. Visitors is more comfortable buying your product when you have earned their trust. The customer will then turn into a customer.
At some point, many customers turn into very loyal customers who are willing to purchase just about every item that you promote on your site. A marketing funnel consists of all of the steps required to bring a frequent user of your site into a loyal customer and buy every product you offer.

This is the main objective of every online marketer. This can be achieved easily with a properly designed funnel.
Your efforts to market are capturing the attention of people, and bringing them into your funnel. The funnel is opened when they fill in the form that you have on your PERSONAL lead capture page. I use the word "personal" because nobody will ever opt-in on your business lead capture page. They would like to be leaders and not a business.
The page for lead capture is where they begin the funnel. When they click the "Sign up now" or the "Enter here" buttons, they will be able to access a whole different universe of marketing through networks.
It is their choice. It's their choice. You've sold them nothing except yourself as a leader, a mentor, and as someone who can help them get more leads and more cash into their businesses.
This is the way a typical marketing channel works.
At the "front-end" you can offer an offer that is free to draw and qualify people who may have an interest to purchase your products further down the sales funnel. You will need to sign up to get the product (also called opt in) and then enter your email address as well as your name. They will then be added to your email mailing list.
You now have these people in your email list and you can send them related offers that might interest them.
They will be taken to a page that offers a low-price offer or what is called a trip wire deal right after they sign up for the free offer. This is where they move into the "back-end of the funnel."
If they buy the low priced offer then they will be taken to a different offer at a higher price (normally known as an upsell). If the person buys the more expensive offer, they will be transferred to a different product at a higher price. This could go on for a long time.
